What we collect

When you order: your name, email, and shipping address if the order is shipped. When you create an account: your email, and any addresses you choose to save. When you sign up to the newsletter or send a message: your email, and your name and message.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Square. Your card details go straight to Square and never reach this website or us. See Square’s privacy notice.

What we use it for

To make, ship and support your order, and to show you your order history if you have an account. Newsletter emails only go to people who asked for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies only to keep your cart and to keep you signed in. Visitor numbers are counted with analytics that don’t use cookies and don’t track you across other sites.

Your data

With an account you can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, from your account page. Without one, contact us and we’ll do it for you.
